Located 350 meters from the MRTA Orange Line station (opened August 2025), the area connects seamlessly to the MRT Blue Line and Airport Link, blending modern infrastructure with lifestyle hubs like Central Plaza Grand Rama 9 and Jodd Fairs Night Market, fueled by Thailand’s tourism boom.

Design Vision and Strategy

Conceptual Approach - PLACE Developments provided strategic advisory expertise to position Landmark @MRTA Station as a resilient mixed-use asset, adapting to market shifts like condo oversupply and tourism growth. PLACE Architects led the design, integrating three towers—Crowne Plaza for visibility, Cassia for accessibility, and condos for privacy—while introducing the ā€œGreen Stripā€ concept to enhance connectivity and efficiency.

Key Design Elements

Green Strip Concept - PD guided the strategic enhancement of urban connectivity, with PA designing the ā€œGreen Strip,ā€ a spine linking commercial, hotel (e.g., lobby lounge), and residential amenities (e.g., sky garden), boosting market appeal and pedestrian flow.

Flexible Layouts - PD advised on adaptable design solutions, while PA crafted units (27.5–72 m², 4.5-meter ceilings) with Siamese Technology (ventilation, energy-efficient glass), ensuring long-term viability amid market dynamics.

Urban Integration - PD’s market insights ensured proximity to the MRTA station and amenities like Piyavate Hospital, with PA’s design maximizing accessibility and urban presence.

Outcome

The collaboration delivered a transformative mixed-use development, harmonizing hospitality, commercial, and residential elements into a resilient urban hub tailored to Bangkok’s evolving landscape.
