Conceptual Approach - PLACE Developments provided strategic advisory expertise to position Landmark @MRTA Station as a resilient mixed-use asset, adapting to market shifts like condo oversupply and tourism growth. PLACE Architects led the design, integrating three towersāCrowne Plaza for visibility, Cassia for accessibility, and condos for privacyāwhile introducing the āGreen Stripā concept to enhance connectivity and efficiency.
