Design Vision and Strategy
Conceptual Approach - During the early development phase, PLACE Developments provided strategic advisory expertise to guide the project’s direction, while PLACE Architects conceptualized a design to unlock the potential of this prominent corner site. Together, our focus was on creating a vibrant destination that integrates seamlessly with its urban context.
Key Design Elements
Street Activation - PLACE Developments advised on activating the streetscape, which PLACE Architects designed to enhance ground-level engagement, drawing pedestrians into the tower’s commercial spaces.
Permeable Entrance Lobby - PD guided the integration of public spaces, while PA crafted a welcoming, permeable lobby to connect the tower’s facade with its surroundings, fostering connectivity and engagement.
Holistic Design Vision - This people-centric approach, driven by PD’s market-responsive insights and PA’s adaptive design, sought to elevate the property’s market positioning.
Outcome
This collaborative, adaptive design sets the groundwork for a high-value asset, delivering market-responsive solutions that promise long-term urban value.
